Safeguarding Framework

In all instances Safeguarding in football is PARAMOUNT and all practices must be followed at all times.

ANY suspicions or having witnessed any instances where a safeguarding issue may be present. These must be reported fully to the Child Welfare Officer and/or Safeguarding Officer.

Where there is any immediate cause for concern and concern for the safety of the child. Police and Child Services MUST be informed immediately.

A report must be filed in any circumstances using the club’s reporting system. The only ones who will have access to these reports once submitted will be the Club General Manager and the Child Welfare Officer.

These MUST include ANY and ALL information in detail:

 

 

WHO:

Who it is against and Who is the person causing the concern. Who you are.

FULL NAMES and POSITIONS in the Club.

WHAT:

What you have seen and heard or been told.

INCLUDE EVEN IF IT SEEMS MINUTE

WHY:

Why are you raising this concern.

WHEN:

When has this occurred or been noticed by yourself.
